RETURN POLICY

OUR RETURN POLICY Items may be returned within ten days of receipt by you. Credit will be issued upon return of item(s) subject to the following terms: You must contact us via email: (CHESTERPOOLSUPPLY@GMAIL.COM) giving us the order date and item number. We will respond by the next business day with an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and address to ship the return to. No item will be accepted for return without this number. NOTE: If you are using spam filtering software, be sure to allow emails from CHESTERPOOLSUPPLY@GMAIL.COM or you may not receive our reply! We will indicate where the item should be shipped to, freight prepaid. Items for return must be unused, in their original packaging, presentable for sale, and with all warranty cards, manuals, etc. We can not accept for return electrical items that are not in their sealed containers. Chemicals, paint, parts and special order items are not returnable. Items which are drop shipped from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer's return policy. Returned items are subject to a twenty percent restocking charge plus freight charges incurred shipping order to customer. Defective or warranty items are treated as warranty claims, not as a return. Orders refused at time of receipt are subject to freight charges both ways.
